Management Science: Management Science is a discipline that effectively plans, organizes, leads, and controls human, material, financial, and other resources in an organization by using methods such as system analysis and mathematical modeling. It is the core support for enterprises to improve operational efficiency and achieve strategic goals, and also a key driver for the optimal allocation of social resources and the coordinated development of various fields. From traditional enterprise management to today's public affairs governance, the theory and practice of Management Science continue to iterate, providing intelligent solutions for the sustainable development of various organizations.

Intelligent Society Development: An intelligent society is a new social form that relies on new-generation information technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and the Internet of Things to realize the comprehensive intellectualization of social production, life, and governance. Driven by technological innovation, it reshapes people's ways of communication, industrial development models, and social governance structures, giving rise to many new industries, new formats, and new models. At the same time, it also brings a series of new challenges such as data security, ethical norms, and changes in employment structure, which is an important trend and research focus of current global social development.

MISD 2026 aims to bring together experts and scholars at home and abroad to conduct in-depth discussions and exchanges around core directions such as "Management Science Empowering Intelligent Society Construction" and "Intelligent Technology Driving Management Model Innovation". The conference will set up rich sessions such as keynote speeches, oral presentations, and poster displays, contributing to academic research, industrial application, and interdisciplinary integration in the fields of Management Science and Intelligent Society Development.
